Slow down video or speed up

If you're wishing I would slow down, or are busy and want to hurry me along, you can change the video speed in pre-recorded videos. On each platform where I have content, it's a little different. Here's how to change the speed in a Heart To Freedom video (in the membership or free workshop).

1. In the bottom right of a video, click the Settings gear/cog icon. 

2. Select the speed to increase or slow down the rate the video is played.

 Repeat this process to adjust as desired.
