Update Member Billing Info
This article relates specifically to subscription membership billing agreements, (which only end payments when you instigate a cancellation).
If you want or need to update your billing information such as name, email, address, or card details, it is easy to do in 3 simple steps.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so once logged into your Customer Hub by following Step 1 below.
STEP 1
Access your Customer Hub.
Click this link to open it in a new window: https://kcm.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/
You will be prompted to enter the email address you used when purchasing and will then receive an email with a link to access your private Customer Hub.
Alternatively, at the bottom of every receipt is a link that takes you directly to the Customer Hub.
STEP 2
Once you have accessed your Customer Hub, at the top will be a summary of your details.
Click the Update my info" button to open a pop up where you can edit your personal details and update any card details you have used.
STEP 3
To edit your personal or card billing details, fill in the fields you want to change.
After updating any of your information, click the Save changes button and the system will update.
*Deleting Payment Methods
If you have made more than one purchase with Rebekah in the past and find extra payment methods on file in your Customer Hub which you'd like to delete, all you need to do is go into your customer hub and "update" your payment method (as in Step 3 above), then enter your preferred option (which you may already have on file). This should simply replace all the other payment methods to then only show this 1 option you've updated to. If you make a new payment for something else in the future that is an entirely new purchase using a different payment method, it will add it to your profile and you may repeat this as desired, to ensure no payments fail.
