Can't Access Billing Info or Transactions Missing

If you've tried to log into the Customer Hub for billing management and you've not made any purchases since before November 12, 2018, the system may tell you that "the email doesn’t match". Or, you might be able to access your Customer Hub if you've had transactions after this date, but notice transactions you made before then are not listed. This is normal.

We moved to a better payments system which logs all transactions from November 13, 2018 onward. Historical transactions are on file with the team and can be accessed upon request. This billing management system has no control over your course access safely stored in our Grow site for you to access according to the terms of those purchases: grow.rebekahrjones.com/login
